Attorney Daniel A. Pallen is a stalwart courtroom litigator with extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defense, Orphans' Court representation, and civil litigation to include: appeals, foreclosure defense, and PCRA claims. Mr. Pallen a year 2002 graduate of Boston College. He earned a Masters Degree at American University and completed his law studies, earning a J.D., at the Dickinson School of Law (Penn State University). He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in year 2007. He began his law career in 2007 with the Franklin County Office of the Public Defender in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Pallen serves as appointed conflict counsel for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in matters of guardianship, adoptions, and criminal defense.
